MIKE FICZNER  //  MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mike is a Military Officer and Entrepreneur with eleven years leadership experience in developing strategy, people, processes and technology.  Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from John Carroll University and a Masters Degree in Intelligence Operations from American Military University. Mike served two tours at the National Guard Bureau located in the Washington DC area. Born in Northeast Ohio, Mike is a diehard Cleveland Browns, Indians and Cavaliers fan.

 

RENEE SEXTON  //  CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Renee is a Graphic Designer and Entrepreneur with over ten years of creative experience. Her multi-disciplined brand development experience has allowed her to quickly solve complex challenges and drive brand evolution strategies. As founding partner of 529 Mobile, Renee has been able to optimize the talents of others so that ideas and goals can be converted into accomplishments and revenue. Renee ​was raised in the Washington DC area and ​is an Ohio University graduate with a Bachelors of Fine Arts.

 

SUSAN CRUM  //  REGIONAL DIRECTOR

Susan is in the Ohio Army National Guard, as a Chaplain Assistant, with over eleven years of leadership experience in religious development. Susan has a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Maryland. Susan loves to read, walk, and play board games.
